Returning Wrestler Appears As The Joker; Wins Casino Ladder Match On AEW Dynamite

All Elite Wrestling brought it on another big broadcast this week, as it marked the two year anniversary of AEW's flagship show, Dynamite. The main event was a Casino Ladder Match, where the prize was a casino chip that guarantees a future World Championship match. Going into the match, the known participants were Matt Hardy, Orange Cassidy, Pac, Andrade El Idolo, Lance Archer & Jon Moxley. There was also a mystery competitor known as The Joker.

The Joker turned out to be a returning "Hangman" Adam Page! Disappearing from TV a couple of months ago to care for his wife and newborn baby, Page came back to stir up some cowboy sh**. He got perhaps the most awe-inspiring moment of the match, hitting Pac with the Dead-Eye off the ladder through a table. Not only that, he got the win, knocking Jon Moxley off the ladder and seizing the casino chip to a thunderous ovation.

Page previously lost a match preventing him from challenging AEW Champion Kenny Omega, but the chip allows him to bypass that rule. It appears that it may now be Omega vs. Page at AEW's next PPV, Full Gear, for the title.
