AEW All Out Match Cancelled Due To Travel Issues

While AEW is putting on a loaded PPV this weekend at All Out, they are down a match due to issues outside their control. The scheduled Andrade El Idolo vs. Pac match will not be happening due to reported "travel issues." It seems that those issues are on Pac's side, with the British-born superstar unable to make the trip to the States at this time. Andrade has since taken to social media to tease facing a mystery opponent at All Out. Tony Khan has said that the Andrade vs. Pac match will be re-scheduled for an upcoming episode of AEW Rampage.

The loss of this bout has resulted in some card shuffling. The Women's Casino Battle Royale, previously set for the Buy-In pre-show, has been moved to the main PPV card. The match that will occur on the Buy-In is a stacked 10 man tag team match- Orange Cassidy, Wheeler Yuta, Chuck Taylor & Jurassic Express vs. The HFO (Matt Hardy, Private Party & TH2).

Thoughts: Damn, I was really looking forward to seeing Andrade vs. Pac. El Idolo is yet to really get out of the blocks in AEW and almost feels in danger of being lost in the shuffle with the arrival of CM Punk and the possible arrival of the likes of Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole & Bray Wyatt. A match with Pac could have given Andrade some upward momentum, no matter the result.

Andrade's tease that he could face a mystery opponent is an interesting one, though. It hasn't been confirmed by AEW that it will be happening, but it would sure be an exciting way to bring in a name like Bryan or Cole. Ironic that Pac is now on the other side of an All Out withdrawal too- a couple of years ago he was the last minute replacement against Kenny Omega when Jon Moxley couldn't make the All Out match.
